New trend is running now in Jordan, e mail spam, few new companies has emerged with the idea of email advertising, they even send you advertisement about their spam, 120 000 emails send you advertising now!
I wonder if any site in Jordan got a 120 000 members, and even if they do ( which they don’t), they have to subscribe that they want to receive email advertising, now which web site in Jordan offers so many services that you agree to receive their junk mail?
I did even test few of those so called email advertising, I did not agree to receive any emails from theme, or any promotions, yet I keep receiving emails.
The other method I tested was using a unique email address on my business cards, guess what, I received email from them, with no permition or me saying it is ok.
Now spam is illegal, in Jordan and USA and few other countries, so how come no one is doing anything about it?
The other illegal method they use, is false advertisement, as they claim they have 50 000 or even lately 120 000 email address from people in Jordan, first no data base of that amount of emails exist in Jordan, second who gave them the right to sell your email address?
I have been a member of Smart e Guide for 9 months now, not once I received Junk mail from them, nor 3rd party advertisement, why Smart e guide don’t do that?
For 2 reasons, first it is illegal and 2nd they respect their members.
So many web sites are trying so hard to mimic Smart e Guide, but very poor shadow.
I feel sorry for a company that can make a profit only by selling what they don’t own.

Thank you very much for your kind words, and you are right we do respect our members, and we do our job the right way.
Guess these so called companies, don't know the first thing about doing business, and the people who are using them don't know that they are doing a illegal thing too.
